Position Overview:

Hyundai Pakistan is looking for an energetic and efficient individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer / Executive for Production Engineering & Solutions (PE&S). The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing production engineering work methods, making improvements to production lines, and ensuring optimal material flow and waste reduction.

 

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Management Trainee Officer / Executive PE&S include:

Analyzing and enhancing production engineering work methods.

Making improvements to production lines.

Monitoring material consumptions and preventing the reoccurrence of problems.

Developing and modifying existing line processes to improve material flow and waste reduction.

Utilizing lean manufacturing best practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

AutoCAD/Solid Works/other design software skills will be an added advantage.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in the industry are encouraged to apply.
