Job Description

Liaquat National Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor for Electrical Engineering. This role involves leading a team of electricians to ensure high-quality installations and repairs, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee a team of electricians, providing training, technical support, and guidance to ensure top-notch installations and repairs.
• Project Inspection: Inspect ongoing projects to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and safety procedures.
• Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for the electrical staff to ensure timely project completion.
• Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all legal and safety requirements.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze job costs, prepare estimates for electrical projects, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Documentation: Maintain and update all necessary records and documentation related to electrical projects.

Job Requirements

• Education: B-Tech/DAE in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: three to four years of comparable job experience.
• Certification: Preferably licensed to work as an Electrical Supervisor.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with current electrical codes and regulations, and experience in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
