| Responsibilities | Description |

| Engineering Function | Oversee the entire plant’s engineering function. |
| Team Leadership | Lead Mechanical, Utility, EEI, and Project Teams to achieve plant performance goals. |
| Maintenance | Ensure both preventive and predictive maintenance of all equipment and installations. |
| Energy Conservation | Manage energy conservation efforts, equipment, materials, and other O&M requirements. |
| Spare Parts Management | Handle spare parts management, standardization, proper review, control implementation, and documentation of all equipment. |
| Site Support | Resolve site-related issues and provide support during erection and commissioning stages. |
| Presence in Meetings | Attend meetings with customers, vendors, and relationship partners. |
| Report Analysis | Analyze plant maintenance reports for critical mechanical/EEI/utility breakdowns and recommend corrective/preventive actions. |
