Job Description

SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Mechanical Technician to join our team at the 1230 MW RLNG – based power plant in Haveli Bahadur Shah, Jhang. As part of our Operation & Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the plant. Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Diagnostics: Install, test, and perform diagnostics on mechanical equipment, including heavy-duty gas turbines, steam turbines, and HRSGs. Address equipment defects and carry out daily maintenance tasks.
• Process Improvement: Strictly adhere to repair process protocols to enhance maintenance quality and overall equipment health.
• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns, optimizing mechanical efficiency through precise machinery adjustments.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the availability of parts, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies and consumables.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate mechanical service records in both hard copy and Maximo CMMS. Experience with Maximo CMMS is an advantage.
• Safety & Compliance: Possess a strong understanding of lifting, scaffolding, welding activities, and NTD techniques.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP).
• Essential Education: DAE in Mechanical Field
• Skills: Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, Isometric, GA drawings, and structural drawings related to equipment.
