Job Description

Qarshi Industries (PVT.) Ltd., a leading company in the industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Instrumentation to join our team at Hattar. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our instrumentation systems, and it entails hands-on servicing, troubleshooting, and programmable of advanced control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for Siemens S7 1200 and Mitsubishi PLC programming.
• Control Circuits: Understand and design Wientek & Siemens HMT control circuits, with expertise in troubleshooting.
• VFD/Servo Drives: Full command over the programming and configuration of VFD/Servo Drives.
• Control Panel Design: Hands-on experience in designing control panels.
• PLC Programming: Proficient in programming with TIA Portal, MicroWIN, GX Works, GT Designer, Easy Builder Pro, and OPC Server.
• Instrumentation Troubleshooting: Expertise in troubleshooting electronics/instrumentation issues.
• PLC & HMI Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIs.
• Inverters & Amplifiers: Skilled in working with inverters, servo amplifiers, and controllers.

Required Education and Experience

• Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electronics/Instrumentation.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Age: Between 25 to 40 years.
• Technical Competency: Microsoft Office, which might involve Word and PowerPoint.
