About the International CGI Scholarship
The International CGI Scholarship at the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) is a prestigious fully funded program for exceptional students worldwide. Established in 2005 under the guidance of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Krom Phra Srisavangavadhana, CGI aims to cultivate skilled researchers and leaders who can contribute to sustainable global development.
For the academic year 2026, CGI will award 15 scholarships for Master’s degree studies in Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology, and Chemical Sciences.
Eligibility Criteria for the International CGI Scholarship 2026
Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the International CGI Scholarship:
- Age Limit: Under 30 years old (strict requirement, no exceptions).
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75 in:
- Sciences: Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences
- Medical Sciences: Medicine, Medical Technology
- Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Related scientific fields may also apply.
- Research Experience: Proven laboratory research background.
- English Proficiency: Preferably with recognized scores from TOEFL or IELTS.
- Statement of Purpose: Clear academic interest and career objectives.
