Job responsibilities of an Assistant Fire Safety Supervisor

1.1 Routine Facility Inspections:
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address potential fire hazards, ensuring a secure working environment for all.

1.2 Inspection and Maintenance of Fire Safety Equipment:
Take charge of inspecting and maintaining fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, alarms, and sprinkler systems, to guarantee their optimal functionality.

1.3 Employee Training on Fire Safety:
Organize and conduct training sessions for employees, educating them on essential fire safety procedures and protocols to enhance overall preparedness.

1.4 Record Keeping for Inspections, Training, and Drills:
Maintain accurate records of all fire safety inspections, training sessions, and emergency response drills, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this role, applicants require to accomplish the subsequent requirements:

2.1 Education Requirements:
A minimum of Intermediate/DAE qualification is required.

2.2 Mandatory Certification:
Possession of a Fire Fighter/HSE certification from Civil Defense is mandatory.

2.3 Experience:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HSE field, demonstrating a strong understanding of safety protocols.
