Job Role: Trainee Engineer (Packaging)
Key Responsibilities:
Work on electrical/mechanical projects under the guidance of the Manager Sheeting/Conversion Corrugated Packaging.
Analyze production, waste, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), DE (Defects per Equipment), and downtime reports to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure product quality and provide instructions to machine supervisors and operators as required.
Conduct training sessions for machine crews as necessary.
Perform incident investigations, risk assessments, and aspect/impact studies within assigned areas of responsibility.
Contribute to operational excellence initiatives such as WCM (World Class Manufacturing).
Establish and implement work instructions or standard operating procedures to streamline processes.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
