1. Manager Mechanical

• Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 12-15 years in the cement industry, particularly in plants with a capacity of 7000 TPD or more.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of the Kiln, Cooler, and Pyro areas.
  • Implementing preventative maintenance maintenance techniques will ensure operational efficiency.

2. Deputy Manager/Senior Deputy Manager Thermal Power Plant

• Qualification: B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 10-12 years in the cement industry or power plants.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance and operation of a Thermal Power Plant, preferably with Wartsila Gas Engines.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor plant performance and propose improvements.

3. Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager Coal Mill Mechanical

• Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 6-8 years in Coal Mill operations within the cement industry.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate coal mill systems.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of coal mill equipment.

4. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Packing Plant Mechanical

• Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 7-10 years in Packing Plant operations within the cement industry.

  • Supervise and monitor the operation of packing plant systems.
