Major Accountabilities

Budget Management

  • Oversee budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure resource allocation supports the Regulatory Affairs Department.
  • Manage financial resources to promote mutual growth of the department and the organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and implement strategies for timely product submissions, registrations, and compliance.
  • Maintain product licenses and anticipate regulatory changes.
  • Communicate significant regulatory updates that impact the business.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Represent Aspin Pharma in various forums.
  • Foster strong relationships with Health Authority stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Process Improvement

  • Provide comprehensive regulatory intelligence.
  • Maintain organized databases for easy information retrieval.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as per business need.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in MBBS or Pharm-D.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar capacity.
  • Competencies required: Drive for results, customer focus, collaboration, teamwork, innovation, and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets to meet financial objectives.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Head of Business Development & Regulatory Affairs.

Location

  • Head Office, Sector 20, Landhi Town, Karachi.
  • Business travel as required.
