Eligible Universities
PM LAPTOP scheme 2025 for Students must be enrolled in public-sector universities or HEC-recognized Degree Awarding Institutions (including approved sub-campuses). Eligibility Criteria

Admission Deadlines
Your enrollment date must meet or exceed the following cutoffs for your degree:-
PhD (5 Years): Admitted on or after 31 December 2020.

MS/MPhil or Equivalent (2 Years): Admitted on or after 31 December 2023.

MBA (3.5 Years): Admitted on or after 30 June 2022.
-
MBA (2.5 Years): Admitted on or after 30 June 2023.
-
MBA (1.5 Years): Admitted on or after 30 June 2024.
-
Master’s Degree (16-Year Education, 2 Years): Admitted on or after 31 December 2023.

Undergraduate (5 Years): Admitted on or after 31 December 2020.

Undergraduate (4 Years): Admitted on or after 31 December 2021.
Students enrolled before these dates are automatically disqualified.

Program Requirements

Only regular programs (morning/evening sessions) qualify. Weekend programs for PhD, MS/MPhil, or 1.5/2-year Master’s degrees are excluded.

Academic Performance

Semester System: Minimum 2.80 CGPA (equivalent to 70% marks).

Annual System: Minimum 60% marks.

Conversions between CGPA and percentage follow HEC guidelines.

Ineligible Students
You cannot apply if you:-
❌ Study at a private university, government college, or affiliated college.

❌ Previously received a laptop under any federal/provincial government scheme.
-
❌ Are a foreign national (except AJK students).

❌ Missed the online application deadline or failed to submit documents during distribution.

❌ Graduated before the laptop distribution date.
