2. Job Description
Maple Leaf Cement is actively seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join our Power Generation & Distribution (PG & D) team at the Plant Site in Mianwali. 3. Requisite Qualifications and Experience

| BS/BE in Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute | 3-5 years of experience in power plants including Steam Turbines, Wartsila Dual Fuel Engines, Niigata Engines, High-Pressure PC Boilers, Coal Mills, and Grid Stations |
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in supervising and leading Load Flow Management for the entire power complex
- Expertise in power distribution and transmission networks, LV and MV switchgear
- Knowledge of Coal Safety & Specifications
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Familiar with LOTOTO and PTWS systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and operational manuals
- Well-versed in MS Office
4. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise load flow management in the power complex in nature.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of power distribution and transmission systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth functioning of power generation equipment
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, including LOTOTO and PTWS
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall plant efficiency
5. Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, transmission, and coal safety protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading technical manuals and interpreting drawings
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team and manage intercultural relations
- Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on results
