Job Role: Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure loading of vehicles according to demand/FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
- Conduct daily stock counts, maintaining inventory sheets with 100% accuracy for liquid stocks.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies between SAP and physical inventory.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the warehouse, including cleaning floors, products, and walls.
- Manage damages to minimize losses, keeping records of all losses/damages.
- Load vehicles within specified timeframes to manage VTAT (Vehicle Turnaround Time).
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues, coordinating with the production team as needed.
- Prepare SAP data/reporting for stock reports and other requirements as assigned by the line manager.
- Assign duties to warehouse staff, manage leaves, and maintain Time Trax data.
- Keep records of empty asset returns during shifts and ensure washed/cleaned pallets are issued to production.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in the beverage/FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferably proficient in computer usage.
